Default figures such as tax rates, insurance, utilities, and average interest rates are general estimates and may be out of date or not match your situation. You are responsible for verifying any number before relying on it.
You're responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.
Don't misuse the app: no attempting to break, overload, or reverse engineer it, no unlawful use, and no using it to harm others.
If you request a call, you consent to Bowman Home Team or a partner contacting you at the information you provide. You're never obligated to work with anyone.
